Further, we use Google Analytics to help us understand our Users’ experience. The features we use allow us to generate reports on Users and created advertising materials based on such metrics. Visitors can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using the Ads Setting form here.

This Site and the Services are not designed or intended to be attractive to use by children under the age of 18 years old (“Minors”). We do not knowingly collect information from minors. By using our Site and the Services, you agree to provide us with accurate and current information. You can access your personal information at any time through your account and can modify or delete your information by choosing the edit function on your profile within the Dashboard.
If you would like to remove content you have posted to the Site, such as in the Resource Center, contact us via email. In some cases, we may not be able to accommodate your request, but if we are unable to do so we will explain why.
If you no longer wish to use the Services, you may close your account. We will remove your name and other contact and identifiable information from publicly viewable forums, although any content you may have voluntarily posted, such as comments in an online forum, will remain visible. We have no obligation to retain your information and may delete any and all information without liability. We may, however, retain your information for any and all legitimate business purpose, including providing the Services to other Users, for as long as we believe it is necessary. You can inquire whether we are retaining any of your personal information and request a copy of all personal information we have retained by contacting us via email. We may require you to provide proof of your identity before we provide you with a response.
California Privacy Rights
California law permits California residents who are Users to obtain a list of third parties to whom we have disclosed their personal information for the purposes of direct marking in the prior calendar year.
